SPIN CENTRAL - LOVING YOUR WORKOUT

Body by Spin – Addicted to Fitness

Have you ever been at the office counting the minutes so that you can dash out the door, speed through traffic just to get to the gym? Sweating just to get your name on the list to make sure there is room in your class? Fight your way in the door to make sure that you get your hot little hands on your …. spin bike?

Indoor cycling, commonly called Spinning™ is the fitness program of choice for those who understand that the mind body connection makes working out to the extreme feel like floating. This zone allows you to ease past self imposed ideas of fitness limitations. It is the fastest and most painless way to snap your body into shape in the shortest amount of time. The spinning ‘high’ makes this workout effortless, it also becomes addictive.

No more dragging your self to the gym or fitness center. Spin junkies as they often call themselves seem to create a cult like fitness regimen and swear by this ultimate piece of training equipment; and spinners will make their work out a priority. The trend is also to ‘turn on’ your partner, mother, relative, friend etc., so they can understand the craziness and derive the fitness benefits as well. It can easily become family fitness.

The spinning bike and program is matched with the talent of a one’s own choice of fitness trainer or instructor who masters music, movement, breathing, sweating, energy expenditure and the balance of muscle usage in a group cycling session that feels more like a party than a work out. The exhilaration that ensues when the brain chemicals are released, cause a dependency that is a natural high.

The secret to achieving the health benefits of indoor cycling and making it a successful part consistent training, is the instructor. It is a particular choice; you cannot usually judge the program itself the first try. Keep looking until you find “the one” he or she is out there; the person who can make your ride the most amazing fitness experience. Then prepare for that mad dash to class ….

love, love, love spinning and your classes tina. the best part about spinning is that you can focus on the workout and not have to know lots of dance steps. if it wasnt for spinning the classes i could take at the gym would be so limited.

Tina:

I love your spin class! Of course, sometimes you need to ask me to slow it down. The energy and positive aura in the studio makes me want to go at 100mph. The music is awesome. Just hate having to fight for a bike day in and day out, but most of the times I make it! keep up tha great work,

Your problem child!
